"I recently visited the Office Depot on Brainered Road and had an incredibly unpleasant encounter with one of their employees. The older man with barely any hair was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this employee had no interest in providing any kind of customer service. When I approached him with a question about a product, he responded with a dismissive and condescending tone. It was as if my presence was an inconvenience to him. Not only did he lack basic courtesy, but he also seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. When I asked for his help in finding a specific item, he simply pointed in a vague direction and walked away without offering any further assistance. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was disorganized and chaotic. The shelves were poorly stocked, and it was difficult to find what I needed. The lack of attention to detail and the overall lack of customer service made for an incredibly frustrating experience. I have been a loyal customer of Office Depot for years, but after this encounter, I am seriously reconsidering my patronage. It is disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and respect from an employee representing a well-known company. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to the Office Depot on Brainered Road to think twice. The poor customer service and rude behavior of the older man with barely any hair left a lasting negative impression on me. Save yourself the frustration and find a more customer-oriented store to fulfill your office supply needs."
"Needed some office supplies for work. Yoli gave us great customer service support. We had a coupon that we had printed, however it was online only. She was able to give us an in store coupon that gave a bigger discount than the we had. Thank you for your help Yoli."

"I submitted a large print order online that was incredibly time sensitive for pick up at this location. I received an email confirming it would be ready by 5:30 the next day. At 1:30 on the day of pick up, I received an email they couldn't process my payment despite me being able to use the same payment method elsewhere. I called the store and the person in the Print dept. was rude. She repeatedly asked how many copies, kept sighing/saying "OH MY GOD" as if the number of copies was an imposition. I was told to come in and pay because they wouldn't take my payment over the phone and they also wouldn't start printing it until I came to pay...which again, it's a large order that's probably going to take a few hours to print. I was also informed I need to get there by 2 PM or they won't print it today...except they emailed me 30 minutes before this deadline, I live 20-30 minutes away, and then they kept me on hold for 30+ minutes. Finally when they took me off hold, suddenly it was a "network issue," not a payment issue, and they can't print it today anyway. This has apparently been going on the entire day, but no one thought to inform customers that their orders would be delayed or not printed at all? Had I followed the original advice, I would've driven 30 minutes and left empty handed. In that time, I was able to order from Staples online and assured that it will be ready TODAY for no extra cost. I am very frustrated by this experience and the fact that they waited to inform me just a few hours before pick up that they could not fulfill a very time sensitive order, essentially wasting my whole day thinking that I had everything I needed when in fact I did not."
"Troy went above and beyond to help us. We wasn't sure if HDMI to HDMI would allow us to extend the display on a monitor we were wanting to buy so he hooked it up to show us among many other things. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and spent a lot of time making sure we were taken care of. It's hard to find people willing to go the extra mile nowadays. He deserves a raise!"
