"The worst customer service experience I have ever had, after expending thousands of dollars with your company. No respect, no consideration, no sympathy or empathy or willingness to do their job or to help, manager included. I wish I could so a zero star but the system won't allow it!!"

"The worst experience ever, I used my social to buy worth of $50.00, because I didn’t had my id and card, and I showed them the picture of my id and wallet id as its legal now in Georgia to add you id to wallet, but they didn’t accept it. That is not a bid deal, the problem is their behavior and how they react that is not acceptable, first of all why they dont accept Apple Pay that you can pay through your phone, secondly when you use your social and your name and pictures matches they should accept it. I am boycotting this homedepo at all. The manager should upgrade the system and teach their employees some good manner. I dont want to put the lady name here."

She called two different managers and got the same answer. Yes, it’s perfectly fine for us to purchase that amount of cards in one transaction"

"Having a business and needing to have special orders purchased online and then delivered with no installation....WHO DOES THAT? Home Depot! Lowe's would never. But because the state chose Home Depot, licensed daycares have to spend funds with this company. Bad...all the way down to the customer service. Voting Home Depot out as a reliable vendor to purchase anything for a business. DO NOT DO IT.... not even as a home owner.... Appliances are not cheap and then to be told since they just delivered it, they can't have it installed is crazy. Lies from the appliance department all the way down to the order specialist not even returning calls. This Loganville location or Home Depot in general has to do better. Purchase major appliances at Lowe's, you will not have problems with no one being able to install and being told to use a 3rd party contractor."
