"I know professionalism is still a thing but must not be a priority here. I scheduled an appointment on Friday (June 16) for Saturday (June 17), to come in and have two firearms cleaned. The Point of Contact (POC) Mark Major emails me 30 minutes before the appointment, and informs me he is out of town and won't be back till the following week. This is unprofessional, considering I'm sure he was aware he was out of town beforehand and saw the request come in beforehand. I should have been informed the same day, that this meeting needed to be moved, not 30 minutes prior. I don't recommend this place."

"Too often we hear of negativity but I would like to take the time and release positive words towards this business. The classroom training to the outdoor range was professional and very thorough. I left feeling more knowledgeable and comfortable with my weapon plus I was a good shooter at the range. So please support this establishment."

He was awesome with managing me and my girls on handling, loading and all that being a responsible gun owner entails!! We all plan to have regular sessions starting soon!! "I am writing a review based on a gun training class. Mark was great! I had a little experience with shooting guns, but when you don't feel comfortable, it makes it difficult to actually understand how to use a weapon. I was used to going to indoor ranges where the guy next to me has some big "Rambo" gun, just firing away. Its unsettling to a beginner. So, Mark met us at an outdoor range. We had our own area where no one was nearby. He taught basic gun handling, safety rules, etc. Then he showed us how to properly hold and fire the gun. I actually did pretty good! I would recommend his class if you are nervous about using guns, or a beginner. I definitely plan to go a few more times to get more experience and learn how to use it in situational instances."
