He told us that he expected delivery to his store in a few days and took my name and said he would let me know. He was true to his word. We had bought this appliance at our local Best Buy but after 2 months we still had not received it and requested a refund. The experience with Bobby and his staff was so different from Best Buy. Once we purchased this item we received it within a couple of days from it's arrival in the store.
