Then she gave my husband a hard time about printing the receipt out for our order. Poor experience all the way around."

"I have done 3 print orders online and it has only been a smooth order one of the times. I had to change one of them from the big print center to the store and then the last one I had to cancel, because it wouldn’t allow customer service to transfer to the store. Anyways, today I sent an email to the store to get some invitations printed and the girl in the print center was kinda rude on the phone when I would call to see if the email came through. So when I finally got there I asked if it had come through yet and she said no it still hasn’t. So I asked if there was another way to send it and she said no, the only way is through that email on the wall. So, I went over to check the email the boy gave me this morning and he had given me the wrong email and had confirmed it when I read it back to him. Anyways, we got the cards printed and she said that it would be like $70 and I went to give her my 50% off coupon and she said it has to be on the invoice and I said so can you go back and reprint the invoice with it on there and so she did and when she came back it had only taken off $2.00 and I noticed she had rung it up as copies/flyers when it was supposed to be cards and invitations. I told her that was not correct. It was supposed to be $36.47, because that is how much it was online. She said the prices online ain’t the same as in the store! I said so you are just gonna charge me for something I am or even buying? She was very rude so I asked for the manager. The manager was siding with her saying she couldn’t do anything. I asked if she could call someone else who normally works in there and she said that they wouldn’t know anything. So I tried to order it online so I could pay the correct price and just get the invitations that were already printed. Finally she was able to get the price down, but she was super rude and had no customer service skills. So basically, if you want someone to actually do their job, then just don’t go here."
