"They were patient with me since I didnt bring the part number. Make sure you have a model number. I drove almost 30mins to get to them, luckily I knew some details and they helped. They seem well stocked. Clean and organized Before anyone ask or make a statement, I did call beforehand with model number and told them I was on my way to pick it up. I'm not completely ignorant. :)"

"I've used this store for appliance parts several times over the years. The staff have always been extremely helpful and always willing and able to answer my questions. They've always found me the correct parts and I've not had any problems with purchased items. You have to keep your eyes open when looking for the store as you could find yourself driving past it. Beware of the parking lot and its potholes."
