"I ordered a gas fireplace log set from Amazon and ordered the wrong size. And I didn’t realize it until we had unpacked everything and set it in the fireplace. I looked up the seller on Amazon and it was 247 Grills. I didn’t even know if I COULD return it since it was My fault, I had unpacked everything, and they are quite heavy (70 lbs)! The owner could not have been nicer! He explained how to return the logs through Amazon and helped me determine what size I really needed. He immediately sent a replacement set. When we are ready to buy a grill this Spring, I KNOW who I’m buying from…247 Grills!"

"Buyer BEAWARE!!!! Please be careful when purchasing anything from this company.... I purchased a Blaze Grill online and they ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AT ALL that their freight deliveries have to be inspected upon receipt in front of the driver right on the spot for damages or defect and that the signature means we accept the condition at the time and no returns or refunds later for anything that is found after the fact. Not sure how they expect customers to unpackage and lift a 130 lbs grill out of the box right on the spot on front of the driver but its very unreasonable . They claim all freight delivery policies are the same this way but this is not true as I have had many freight deliveries in the past and they have allowed us to unpack and inspect it with some time. When I tried to cancel the shipment within 12 hours of ordering it they advised it was already shipped and so I would have to pay for the return. I tried to argue my point that they sent me on-site inspection policy information after I purchased the product and it was shipped and did not disclose this information but they are unwilling to remedy or resolved the situation with me. If anything at the end the rep was becoming unprofessional in their messaging."

"No communication!!!! Item arrived 20 days late and would not answer my email or phone calls. Opened a dispute with Paypal and then they shipped it. Still will not answer my phone calls or email."
