"Ever since Bestway took over American Home they suck. Their staff is rude and VERY unprofessional. They lie about not receiving payment and also lie about who is the manager and that they even spoke with you. NEVER again will I do business with this company. I would recommend staying away from them."

"Hello. I am so disappointed in the ability of this place to solve my problem. They took way more money they were supposed to out of my bank account and no-one will give me a peace of mind they fixed it. Two of the ladies are really passive aggressive. They keep trying to take money off a card that no longer exist. I'm afraid they trying to send my refund to the wrong card. I have called trying to reassure but no one will help me. They have 98$ of my money and it still hasn't been returned. It will not do business with this particular branch again. No one here cares. I jut want my money returned. Then they took more money before I get any return. That was my electric bill money. I'm so upset right now."

"I bought a washer/dryer set from this location. I thought it would Atleast be clean. Boy was I wrong. It was filthy when It got delivered. I called and complained that it stunk and was absolutely filthy and the manager stayed it was from their “test” cycle……it wouldn’t be dirty with dried up coke looking stains & smell like cartons of cigarettes if that was the case. It gets better…..the washer machine was INFESTED WITH ROACHES…….it had to sit in my house for 3 days due to going back and forth with the manger and the guys not being free….. also the dryer didn’t even work when I plugged it in the wall…..I’m pretty sure they’ll just sell it again to someone else but I got my refund but I’d never buy nothing from them again"
