"My daughter and I went there to pick up some Christmas Ornaments. We found several handmade ornaments that we loved that were on sale. This was just before Christmas 2022! We were warmly greeted and all that worked there were very helpful! I didn't feel racially profiled. I was surprised to drive thru the square and see the store boarded up and the phone number disconnected!"

"I would not shop at this store. Some friends bought me Estelle Glassware cocktail glasses for my birthday. I simply wanted to exchange the glasses for a different color and was not allowed to do so. I certainly would not buy birthday or Christmas presents here. You only have seven days to exchange something regardless of the circumstances.. In addition, I did not even get a call back when I asked about the exchange. I had to call again."

"I just browsed in the store today and nobody greeted me....I wanted to look into home decor for my daughter's nursery but since I was black they assumed I couldn't afford their decor. One lady was extremely loud and unprofessional talking about how her fiance or husband bought her an ugly ring from Kay Jewelers? I will not get into this woman's empty headed and shallow behavior. So after hearing all of this...this woman bragged about how she was a brat? I felt disgusted being around this store and felt glad not to give my money to this racist, unprofessional, and shallow minded company. I will gladly inform other people and take my business elsewhere. Note to the owner: you may have removed my post on your Facebook page but you cannot remove my post on bbb and I will also be contacting Black lives matter....let's see you try to remove that!"
