"We have a gas log fireplace. Last week we smelled gas in our living room area. Blossman sent out a tech to check for leaks and unfortunately that tech said he did not detect any leaks with his equipment. We knew beyond a shadow of a doubt there was a leak. I called and spoke with Cindy who was extremely professional and concerned. She immediately put me in touch with John, the assistant manager of that location, who made it a priority to come out, and help us the same day First of all, John believed me when I said that we have a gas leak. He did an extremely thorough job until yes he found a small gas leak inside the fireplace itself. Problem has been resolved! "Took 15 months to fix my fireplace heater in my bedroom. Buck doesn’t return phone calls or emails. I finally found the parts and had them installed but they tried to charge me three times for a diagnostic and then when they accidentally slit my line which caused them to have to come out again they charged me without my consent and overdrafted my account. I notified corporate and received no response. If my tank was not buried I would have changed months ago. I feel very stuck and lied too many times. Been with them for 14 years."
