"The people working there will genuinely try and help you out. I had to replace one of the weird, obscure screws for this desk I bought. One associate pointed me to the aisle I needed. Another working in the aisle helped me hunt down the exact screw. On my way out, the first associate passed me by and made sure I found what I needed. If I had their names, I'd shout them out. You have no idea how much of a relief that was after nearly losing my mind trying to find the screw I lost (still missing, by the way--I don't know where in the world that thing went, but the replacement worked perfectly)."

"After 20 minutes of searching the store and asking multiple employees, I was able to find the product I was searching for. The product was $100 more than Amazon. I asked the cashier if he would price match and after stating he didn’t know what that was, another cashier came over and informed me they wouldn’t not price match since the item was sold on Amazon but not an Amazon product. I then asked if I pulled up the original manufacturer website, if she would price match it and she said yes. After showing the manufacturer website, which showed the discounted price, the front lead employee said she would need a manager. After a brief conversation she came back and said she would not match the manufacturer price. Poor experience overall with less than honest employees."

"Bought a 5 gallon bucket of paint. Realized I was unable to lift it high enough to get it out of my cart so I called the customer service desk to ask for assistance. Sat outside for 10 whole minutes waiting before I called again. Waited another 10 whole minutes and still nobody came outside to help me. Finally a patron walked by and helped me. 20 whole minutes waiting outside and 3 calls to customer service. No help."

"The good Got plenty of merchandise. Well stocked and fairly good deals. The bad Commercials....... blaring at you in every department. I can't stand being at a store, spending hard earned money, then being begged to buy more!!!!!! It's never enough with greedy people. I won't return to any business that feels the need to advertise once I'm already there. Home Depot and others will get my business."

"If restrooms are an indicator of the quality of the business then this Lowe's store is in the septic tank. I'm wearing construction boots that get in all kinds of mess, but I really did not want to walk through feces and urine to use the facilities. This is inexcusable. Go ahead and zoom in on these photos and get a closer look. Now imagine the horrific smell permeating the air. Now realize that smells are actual fece particles you're inhaling. Let that sink in for a second. I'm quite certain the health department would like to see these pictures. These pics were captured on, Wednesday, January 18, 2023 @ about 11:30 AM."
