"2 days I walked in the store ready to buy a Samsung Tablet. First day I was there 45 minutes waiting on someone to help me. All employees that was there ignored me. I left and went back the next day an waited 25 minutes. Still ignored. There was another couple also needing assistance and something they was ignored also. I will not be going back. I can spend me money somewhere else. I went to the Buford GA. Location the following weekend it was better."

"Got there early so no large amount of customers. Lady helped me soon as I asked. Found the item and was quickly checked out. Even got a $50.00 gift card with purchase. Wasn't expecting that. Good deal."

"I bought an Apple Watch series 9 for a birthday present and I received a series 5 in my box (when I bought a series 9 in a BRAND NEW BOX UNOPENED ) and I went back to return it and they don’t want to do anything about it !! I spent money on this watch that I didn’t even receive!! Ps I didn’t even get a charger in my box !! Really angry ! They also have very rude staff."

"I purchased a 65’ TV online as an “Open Box - Excellent.” I went into the store to look at it first. What I was presented was a bubble wrapped tv with missing legs and the wrong remote. Certainly not “Excellent.” I was disappointed because I had to drive far to a Best Buy that wasn’t my local one. The patient and friendly manager, Shane, made it right by offering me a new set in a box. At the end of the day I’m happy, but how the set was advertised online as “Excellent” was beyond me. Not the usual Best Buy high standard. I appreciate Shane and the staff though for working with me."
