"Amazing customer service. I came to Jeff to purchase a an electric mop. He told me about Nellie’s wow magic mop. After purchasing it and loving it, the mop stopped working. Jeff replaced it with a new one since it was only 2 months old. He also educated me about different vacuums and cleaning solutions. An old fashioned store that’s a gem for selling highest quality cleaning machines/ supplies. Strongly recommend."

"The associates have always said yes to any concern brought forth. Bring it In and we will replace immediately and at no charge. Very helpful and highly recommended. I’ve purchased two new vacuums and have been exceptionally pleased."

"Went for a Miele and came home with a Sebo. Same guy helped me that helped me a few years back. Knows his stuff. The Sebo is unreal. Dog hair and cat hair are no match. Already used the removable head feature. I feel like anywhere else vacuum shopping is a waste of time. Go to the specialists."

"Went in there to fix a Dyson. They realized immediately that I had two issues, one of which was unfixable (but minor and did not impact the machine's day to day operation) and fixable (but major, expensive, and impacting the machine's ability to function). They did not charge me for this quick diagnostic. I found them honest and trustworthy. They did try to sell me a replacement item (which I certainly appreciated!). I opted to go a different route but I would recommend these folk!"
