"I was followed through the store by the DM Tamika. Then she started getting aggressive and then literally followed me out the store recording me without consent. Mind you all I did was go in and get dishwashing liquid and lollipops smh. The worst experience ever"
"Not sure of where they actually get their products but they are tampered with and most of the products are not sold in major stores I went to purchase some corned beef and the label was plastered on from another can the product was Hereford corned beef on the label although it was not their product there napkins and toilet tissue and paper towels are refoiled loosely by somebody tampering with the products in the store the vendors that have came in went to the back to carry out some of the bad products that was just witnessed yesterday. The cash registers jack up the price of the product and the label tags where the products are displayed have a different price. They are out of stock frequently alongside with untidiness of personal hygiene products the isles to the back are disheveled. There is always stock of product box supply along the aisles and not on the shelves. Not sure how they've managed to put the products back with a sealant nevertheless their products do not taste like products you would get from an example Walmart. Management is at least courteous to an extent it seems as though they do not like their work the order of the store is outdated and cluttered it is a small store and should have the smallest of things put in a direct line instead of all around the store. The cosmetics and home remedies isles are completely empty and a lot of misplacement of what should be are not put back when there is idle time and no customers. The employees are courteous although they're not Swift with working and getting the customers run up and out of the stores they also lack knowledge about the pricing of products they don't have any electronical devices such as the larger stores that keep tally on the general prices they do not have any sales items. There are two to three registers and only one to two employees there which makes the lines very long for check out the areas behind the cashiers are completely filthy and cluttered. I don't believe that they have in store inspections even on occasion due to the ice chest outside the sidewalk and the windows of entrance, which means that there should be a district manager that comes in on surprise to evaluate the store and management. Also there are always hazardous equipment such as pully ladders and carts lying around the store unintended, which means potential theft products and cameras are not on in the store sometimes. The candy and assorted cards for purchase that is to the left and the right the end caps are not put back together nor cleaned for debris and redisplayed. The soda pop impulse aisles or encasements are visibly dirty and out of stock, this implies poor management for restock from the vendors should be done in a timely manner as to correct continuous flow of sales, they're going days and weeks without products for customers. Canned goods, l myself, have inspected the imprints of the expiration dates and have found that they are not current and up-to-date they aren't the real company that makes the product combined with dented and Dusty. Suggested quality assurance personnel should go through the items throughout the store to find any and all mistakes by product vendor and or employees, to which also includes the stocker. Due to the hazards associated with covid-19 and botulism poisoning it should be done immediately, not just for this particular store."
"The staff is helpful and friendly, but they are always understaffed. You can expect at least a 5 to 10 minute wait in line every time you visit. What's worse is in the last 6 months the store has gotten increasingly dirty and disorganized. There are carts with stock yet to be put away on just about every aisle. There is usually a bucket of dirty water somewhere, too. Based on my observations this is a popular store in a location that guarantees its profitability. Unfortunately the owner, or the corporate office doesn't see fit to staff it adequately, and does not believe its customers are worthy of a clean store with fully stocked shelves."
"This will be the second location I will not be coming to in riverdale ever again . It’s really funny that People underestimate you just by your looks . What I don’t have to do is buy anything from this store with horrible customer service. No hey how are you , or have a nice day . Just carry on with your conversation. If you don’t like you’re job it’s a lot more out here hiring ."
"Visited this location today, discusted with the manager, I believe his name is Noel. His attitude was nasty towards the cashier who was new. She needed help and had to go looking for him outside. He was mad because he had to come in off of his break to void something for the poor girl. She had a long line. After he did the void, he went back outside, not helping her with her line. I wouldn't be surprised if she quit! She kept apologizing. He said her line was not his problem. The store was messy to say the least. Needs new management!"
