"Do Not Buy any appliances from this location!! Warning!! I purchased a stove in the box brand new and it didn’t even last a year. Took it back and Don wanted to charge me almost 1/2 the cost of the stove. I purchased it for $700 and he wanted to charge me $300. I would encourage you to - Buy your appliances somewhere else!! Paid a reputable company to come out and check my stove. The stove I brought from Don’s in the box appeared to be new, but it was apparently rigged. The screws were not original and it appeared to be self clean but was not. Don is repairing old stoves cleaning them up and putting them in a box as if they are new. You will reap what you sow into your business. Bad business!! What did you do Don? To cause the product to malfunction…"

"I bought a dryer and the Same day I bought it it stopped working. They fixed it and two months later it stopped again . I was told I have to bring the dryer for him to look at it because he had no technician to come to my house to look at it and then I would have to pay for the part . Terrible customer service. Be warned!!!"

"This was the worst experience ever! the owner took advantage of me and sold me a washer and dryer front load set that did not work. When I reached out to him with my concerns he denied that the issue was with the dryer, he said it was set up wrong. After paying 2 people to come look at the dryer, I was told that the vent hose was not the issue and it was indeed the dryer. I had to pay an additional $150 to get it transported back to the shop for repairs. The owner still did not take responsibility on the issue, and did not fix everything until 3 days later. Today I am getting the equipment picked up and the owner is refusing a warranty on the merchandise. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE SELLING USED MERCHANDISE THAT DO NOT WORK! A waste of money and time. Bad customer service."

"Hello There, The Experience I Had At The #DonFredisAppliances Were One Of The Worst. I Arrived At The Skate Plug Store To Buy Me Some Roller Skates, But They Weren't Open Until Till 10pm. So After Getting Out Of My Car And Checking The Time For The Store, I Got Back In My Car And The Owner Of The Store @Don Fredis Appliances Arrived Right Behind Me And Some Other Cars That Were Parked At The Other Stores Shopping. As I'm Getting Ready To Start My Car Up, The Owner And Other Occupants Got Out Of The Car And Started To Head In There Store. So I Politely Asked Her If She Could Move Or Park Her Car In The Empty Space Where She's Not Impeding And Make It A Fire Hazard For Parking In The Middle Of The Drive Way Where Cars Have To Come In/Out Of The Parking Lot. To Remind You That There's A Back Area Located In The Back Of There Store To Unload/Upload Items/Appliances From There Store To Service There Customers.(See Pictures For More Details) So The Onwer Of The Store Started To Get Irate And Out Of Order When She Was In The Wrong For Parking Her Truck There!!! Another Reminder I'am An Officer Of APD And If I Could Have Wrote Her A Ticket, But I Just Got Off Of Work That Morning And Were Doing Errands And Were Off Duty. If The Owner Of The Company Is Acting That Way To Someone That's Shopping At The Next Door Store To Them Imagine How The Owner Would Act If You Shopping/Spending Your Hard Earned Money With Them!!! I Subject To Not Shop With Them Due To The Attitude Attitude Towards Others!!!"
