All customers are always welcomed by very friendly and professional technicians in a spacious and relaxing place. Music is fantastic and a gorgeous wine bar is ready to offer customers for free. "Although the place was nice and clean it took a while for them to start services on me. I went in for a pedicure and fill in. My pedicure was amazing but my fill in is where things took a turn. Being that I was missing a couple of nails I was told it would be more cost efficient if I got a new set. I agreed and was told that Gel-X nails would be better for the health of my mail , and would give me the same desired look as the acrylic nails that I was requesting. I was assured multiple times that the length and design that I was requesting would be granted. As the Technician began to do my nails I mentioned to him multiple times, my concern about the length. I trusted him throughout the process, and low and behold ended up with much shorter nails than I paid for. For someone paying $80 for a full set I expect my nails to be what I requested. I'm giving this review 3 stars as he took accountability for the disconnect , but at the end of the day I would love to just get what I came and paid for."

"I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years now and I’ve always been really happy with the service i receive. I love the overall atmosphere in the salon; it is very clean and smells nice & i loveee the massage chairs!! I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the technicians but TOM is my favorite; he usually does the designs on my nails and it’s always just what i wanted! Would recommend."
