"I chose The Beauty Box because a friend recommended it. I wanted a drastic change and was very, very nervous. I've had long hair (past the shoulders to my waist) for nearly 20 years, and Mallory put me right at ease. I showed her a few photos of what I was looking for and we got started. At one point, she asked for advice from the owner, which I appreciated. I'd rather her ask than for her to try and mess it up. As she styled it, she explained how to take care of it myself, and it was so easy. I'm due for a refresh and have decided to go shorter yet and since she's does a wonderful job, I'm going back next week. Nice stylists, and the owner is too! Decently priced; shampoo, cut, and style for under $50. Highly, highly recommend!"

"My wife and daughters went here up until today. We scheduled my mother an appointment with Victoria. Victoria decided to "forget" that she had this appointment booked with my mother and was a no call no show, which left my mother waiting there for no reason. We got a call after leaving comments on Facebook, about their no call no show policy, from Victoria saying that we should just go find someone else after calling her out on her end of the no show policy. (Never used her name or maliciously attacked her on fb) I have 5 kids and moving was her excuse. I have 6 kids and a wife who is battling cancer Victoria and still was able to get my daughter in to see you on-time and left you a hefty tip. If I hadnt been able to, i would have had the decency to call in the allotted time. You made the appointment with my mother and there is no excuse on why you didnt show up or call within 24hrs. You are very unprofessional and lost 4 clients possibly more after this. Never again will we go here or refer anyone to here."

"Today was my first time ever coming to Morgan and let me just say, I WISH I HAD COME SOONER! I live about 45 minutes away from her but the drive is so worth it! She is supremely talented. She really knows what's she's doing and goes above and beyond. I had my first balayage session today and I couldn't be happier. My hair looks amazing, feels so touch and everyone loved it! Want something done on your hair, Morgan is your girl! Go see her and I can guarantee you won't leave disappointed!"
