"This place is extremely unprofessional the response to other bad reviews reveal how disgusting this place truly is! My go to place is nail talk and tan in sandy springs. My nail tech was out of town so I decided to go here. NEVER AGAIN! You guys should learn professionalism, how to properly manage a business, and customer service skills before having a business anywhere! I will be reporting this business to other local consumer protection offices as well!"

"The reason this nail shop is always empty is because they are extremely slow, and rude. I was a walk in, they told me they had a slot available because I called first, there was only one customer there when I got there. The lady started doing my nails immediately which was good, but she was extremely slow! Then got rude with me when I told her that I had been there for so long. She kept filing my nails, I had to ask how thin are you going to file my nails? She got an attitude with me and started arguing with me! Extremely unprofessional. I went in to get a fill in and gel polish on short nails and the lady took forever. Don’t plan anything important before going here they are super slow!"

"My wife came to this salon.. dont go there unless you have time to waste, slowest service and she was the only one there. My wife got a gel manicure and pedicure and they lady barely knew how file her nails; she also had to go back and request her cuticles to be cleaned. The polish is cheap quality, not to mention how ridiculously expensive everything m is. No wonder why they didn’t have any clients."

"Do not visit this salon unless you have almost 4 hours to waste. Me and my friend arrived at 6:30 and did not leave until about 10pm and no, they were not busy or under staffed. We both got a manicure and pedicure, nothing fancy. The staff would constantly walk away while working on our nails to go to the back. One girl working there spent over 2 hours doing my friend’s pedicure. It was a simple pedicure with French tips. I don’t know if she knew what she was doing or if she just didn’t want to do anything else. During my pedicure I told them my water was too hot twice and they did nothing to fix it. They also spilt water in my shoe and would constantly drop utensils. After 2.5 hours they were not done with or toes or fingers. I finally had to say something because we had plans and they didn’t really care and told us to call ahead even though there was only one other client there. We ended up having to cancel our dinner plans and shopping due to how long the visit took. Do not recommend."
