"We brought multiple appliances from wolf. The products are visibly very nice however the installation and follow through are the worst part of the process. One dishwasher delivered dented. The other dishwasher is dead on arrival. One dishwasher drain was hooked to the wrong drainage. The wolf oven was installed with a gas leak, we had to called the gas company to come out to detect the problem. The refrigerator ice machine/water dispenser was not installed correctly. We can’t be more disappointed in the whole process for a so call high end products. Can’t get the sale rep for updates in timely manner. Don’t expect the tech to come out until at least 2-3 weeks.
