"I had a frustrating experience when I ordered a dryer from the Buena Vista store. After facing delivery delays and excuses, I decided to contact the Veterans location. Lena at the Veterans location confirmed they had the dryer in stock and offered for me to pick it up. However, when I arrived at the Buena Vista location, I encountered more excuses and was told they didn't have the dryer kits or plugs. Frustrated, I returned to the Veterans location and spoke with Lena again. She instructed me to pick up the kit and cord and assured me I would be reimbursed. Upon unboxing the dryer at home, I discovered it was damaged and missing parts. I contacted Lena, sent her pictures, and left a message for the district manager. After about an hour, Lena called back and asked me to come in for an exchange. I spoke with Chad, the district manager, who apologized and offered to credit me for all the issues. I was impressed with Chad's proactive response and Lena's assistance, as they both went above and beyond, even on Chad's day off. This is the way a company should treat people. Give me a call next time you are looking for management. Like to work with a company that goes the distance to help customers."

"I wished I could give 0 stars. These people will mislead you and lie to you. Please do not shop here folks. These people at this store sold me A washing machine that does not even work properly! The washing machine was unbalanced and possibly even needs shocks put on it. Put A load of clothes on and they didn’t even drain out. I had to hand ring all the water out of them myself. Called and called and Manager kept telling me she was working on the problem turns out to my believe that was A complete LIE. Also kept saying they would call me back each time and never did even to set A employee up to lie and say that she wasn’t there and then at another point in the day to say she was on lunch break and still hasn’t called and they close in 30mins. Completely played with me and my money and it’s sad. How do these people sleep at night knowing they are treating A person like this!! Horrible horrible place. All I wanted was A washing machine for me and my family and guess what it’s not working properly and I believe they knew it before they sold it to me and I was told by them absolutely no problems with it by them. Also reached out to corporate and sent E-mails no response yet!!! Bad for business!!!!! Poor customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!"

"We purchased some bedroom furniture and made a point it pay it off before the cash price ended. We were charged taxes when purchased the furniture and then every time I made a payment they charged us taxes on the furniture again. When I called to make the last payment they told me I could come in there and pay the amount minus the extra taxes only if I would purchase something else from them that day. It is crazy that they would take what I actually owe but only if I purchased something else from them that day. They were so unprofessional about the whole situation. I would advise not to ever purchase anything from all they want to do is steal your money if you don’t want to carry out the whole lease with them. Just beware of this company"

"This place is very unprofessional. They give you a set time that they will be delivering something, ends up being a all day thing and that’s if they actually deliver it! I was supposed to have my washing machine taken to get fixed. They were late picking it up….left me with a small beat up washing machine while mine gets fixed. Then I was told that I would be receiving my washer between 10am-12 today! Here it is almost 3 pm and I haven’t received a phone call about why they are late or nothing!! Definitely would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and they absolutely do not care about their customers or their time!"

"At first I enjoyed making my payments etc. Now they have trouble posting my payments. When I'm due to make another payment I have late fee charges to the account. Then I argue with them because they took the money out of my accout. Then when they put you on hold its boom your on hold and they don't ask for anything. All honesty they need to learn and train how to be professional on the phone. Completely rude, i am looking forward to never having to speak to them again next Feb or may."
