"They hired a shady person (in my opinion) from one of the competing chimney companies. We asked Watson to perform two inspections on a property we were looking to buy. They only sent one report on one of the chimneys, though we paid for both. In that report they had wildly wrong information. (That is giving them the benefit of the doubt that the errors were done in error, versus fraudulently added). The Seller of the property was easily able to disprove parts of the report, resulting in confusion on the deal. We are long time customers of Watson, and will not ever use their services or buy their products again. The home inspector and my contractor also all agreed this is what they've heard about the chimney services from Watson."
