"Kristy is always ready to help us an we appreciate her!! Great friendly service"
"Kristy Hill at Lafayette Propane is always very helpful when I need assistance with my mother's propane service. She resolves the issue promptly, and I'm very grateful for her assistance."
"My problem is not with Hot Mamas , the local distributer, but the main office in Paducah, KY. I had propane delivered , paid the bill a few days later through my bank's online banking and confirmed with the bank that the payment was sent. Am getting bills every month and the amount goes up every month. Called several times to the number on the bill and no answer. Left several voicemails asking for a call back to confirm payment has been received and nothing. Very frustrating . Hot Mamas has done an awesome job up to this point for us , but the home office needs to get a clue."
"Good service, they are extremely busy so you need to order in advance. If you run out it's because you waited to late to order. They can't cater to you because you waited to late. This winter will probably be worse because of lack of help. Nobody wants to work."
"BEWARE!!!! This was NEVER told to me when I rented a tank so maybe I'll save someone some money. Pay the few cents extra per gallon and GO ELSEWHERE!!!! If you don't fill up twice a year (apparently a "requirement"), you'll be hit with a big bill when they pick up your tank... IF you can get them to pick it up that is. We called them for 7 months before we could finally get them to pick it up. Oh also... if you're tank still has propane in it when they pick it up, don't expect to get a refund or credit for whatever you returned. Never had anything but trouble with Hot Mama's and would not recommend them to anyone!"
