I waited half a week before trying to contact the company about it, and they kept saying he’d call me back soon—first in a few minutes, then after his current service... but I never got a call. I moved on with another company instead, who fixed my dryer in one day."
"Called to schedule an appointment inquired about location in Norcross to make sure it was close to DeKalb not Peachtree Corners and woman was rude as ever. I can take my money else where!"
"Third company to come out and see my problem and not blamr on user error. Technician was knowledgeable and ran through all scenarios to find and fix my issues. The control board needed to be reset. They work weekends and came on short notice at time said not a 4 hour window. Service charge pricing was better then the fee from my home warranty company."
