"On September 4, 2023 we purchased a recliner and a sectional sofa. When the furniture was delivered the recliner was the floor model from the Norcross GA showroom where we purchased the furniture. After contacting our sales person Veronica, several phone calls and visits to the store, we are finally exhausted. Tomorrow I’m contacting my credit card company to dispute the transaction. The photos show the chair delivered on the left which is the exact chair that is shown in the showroom on the right."

"Never again giving them business, if you don't open your packaging before leaving their the premises. They will not returned anything for you. #1 very rude loading guys feeling ( The boss from hood) talking to me like if I was a gangster. #2 the customer service people will come out to say you should of check before leaving we can't help you. #3 They don't have enough man power look at the poor guy loading by him self and dropping furniture because is to big and heavy for one guy.(pictures attached)"

"Picked out a nice set to replace my living room and dining room on our new home, combo was over 2k. Delivery and setup was horrible. Said they would come back due to missing parts, been a week with no calls and no show. My dining room is unusable and the best piece was damaged bad. They left before I got home so my wife didn't see the damage they hid by placing it face down. I'm very upset."
