I called and told them about it and I was told to bring it in and that I could get half of my money back if I sold it to them. When I tried to they told me they didn't return guns. This place is ran by unorganized people. I paid $480 for a defective gun that I can't even use!"

"Be smart and take your business to a locally owned establishment. I've spent thousands of dollars from Rome to Actworth and Roswell Cash America stores over the past four years. The Rome store has been terrible for the past four years. I purchased an item that was missing the power cord and after testing it at home decided to return it because it didn't work. I was told that I couldn't return it because I didn't purchase the (piece of mind) warranty. I was never offered this. I was them told that it was on my receipt. So after you pay for it then you find out. I'm glad they only got me for $70. I understand they have to have policy's so they don't get scammed but when customers that have a history spending money at their store, they should take care of us. I will never do business with this company again."

Went in this week out of desperation and was surprised. New manager there got me what I needed and explained things to me. Talked to me like a person and made me feel like she did care.
