"This company is a joke!!! I made an appointment to be told they DO NOT FIX SAMSUNG phones. I disclosed which phone I had in the comments section when I made the appointment online. And also stated that I had a cracked screen. You would think when they confirmed my appointment they would have mentioned tthis! To waste my time scheduling my Saturday around this appointment was ridiculous!!! Then the guy said this is a diagnostic appointment only and proceeded to tell me my screen was cracked!!! Really???????? Completely idiotic!"
