"I am brokenhearted. I purchased a HeatWave Buena Vista 1-2 Person Hemlock Infrared Sauna W/ 3 Ceramic Heaters -SA2400 for $700. I complained that the item didn’t appear to be new, although it was labeled as such. I discussed this with the associate and she and I attempted to inspect the item together, which is nearly impossible to do in the middle of a warehouse. The associate assured me that the item was new and that all the pieces appeared to be in the box and practically discouraged me from getting a refund ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT PIECES ARE MISSING SO THERE IS NO WAY FOR THIS ITEM TO BE ASSEMBLED. There is no phone number to call so I can’t even discuss the matter with anyone. I’m hardly working right now and bought this item due to recent health issues I have been experiencing. Now I don’t know what to do. That is a lot of money to waste and money doesn’t grow on trees. I really could just cry myself to sleep tonight for being so naive and stupid. Never again."

"EVERYTIME I go to get my items they are missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. The girl at the front will say give her a day to find it and when u come back it's still not there. It's such a waste of gas and time. We bid for deals not refunds. She also say don't tell the bosses or don't speak to loud on it like she is hiding something."
