She has no idea what she's doing and when she doesn't know how to answer something or do her job correctly she just goes and hides in the back and leaves you sitting there. They won't give you a delivery time, they just say between 10 and 5 so you have to sit at home all day. We took off work today it's 330. There has been no contact at all. They took my money but they haven't called so I had to call them. They said they called and left a voicemail that was a lie.I've had my phone on me all day. No calls and guess what? I took a day off work and I have no delivery for the product I paid for. Let's see if they even come today. They can't even dial a number correctly so I doubt it."
