"Hello RAC Team! Forgive me in advance for rambling but this is worth it. I am a long time customer of the location in Douglasville. Over the years, I have had such an amazing experience. The customer service has always been absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Everybody experiences hardships and unforeseen circumstances. I recently went through a storm of having my rented property sold by the owner from under myself and children within a months notice, to losing my vehicle to transmission failure, to starting a new job, and maintaining my studies at GSU. At the time, I was experiencing serious financial setbacks. RAC made a way through it all!! The general manager, Derek, has been most professional. He is understanding, down to earth, patient, and a listening man. If I ever encountered a few bumps on the road, he is surely there to get you "squared away" and back on track. He is highly dependable and always does his best to finds ways to make it work for his customers. He is most fair and within reason. I have never experienced such attentiveness and compassion for customers needs. It is out of the world amazing.
