"EDIT: as a result of their response, I will edit my review. I did NOT add a second row of cabinetry in the house, THAT IS A FALSE STATEMENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The custom wood hood was on the first quote! It was not added! And they did NOT install any vent they are claiming to have installed! I paid another $1k just to purchase that from someone else! There is ONE ROW of cabinetry on the uppers. It's sad a company doesn't even know what you ordered and what THEY INSTALLED. Also, this cabinet company ran screws every half inch through my walls, and we have just discovered they ran screws through not only a water supply line for the hot water heater, but also my main drain line for the sewage. They attached the uppers above the fridge to my main drain line. When I finally got them to come back out to fix issues (they have not fixed the water and drain line issues and quite frankly I will take that loss to not let them in my house again) (and after they made an appt and NEVER SHOWED UP with no contact that they wouldn't be there), such as drawers NOT attached to any tracks that I had to find and a bench cabinet not even attached to the base cabinet, the guy that showed up was completely rude and dismissive. He walked out of the house after stating a cabinet drawer was not installed (and doing nothing about it), cranked up his van, and left without saying anything else. As far as the drawer I cut down, I had to cut it down because this company is unable to measure accurately. They installed a base the overlapped an exterior door and left it. And the drawer they are talking about is a drawer THEY cut down to match what I cut, then left with the drawer completely uninstalled, laying on the floor, and did not measure what size tracks they needed, then asked ME to. They also measured the complete laundry room wrong, and installed base cabinets all the way under the washer supply line, left it, and when I discovered it, the made me pay for a redesign that I came up with! Their response, after going to the house to measure for cabinets the first time, was that water supply lines were not where the plan showed. WATER SUPPLY LINES WERE IN PLACE ON THEIR FIRST MEASUREMENT! If you want a professional company that will do great work, this company is not it! Absolutely horrible experience. The quote started as $14k. I decided to use them over a custom cabinet maker because of the price. I wound up paying over $24k for cabinets they quoted at $14k. I could have had complete custom cabinets at this price. Then they refused to come fix what I had already paid in full for. It took 2 months and a threat for a text for them to complete that job they agreed to finish. I would NEVER use them again. As a house builder, I am looking for contacts I can continue to use and they are not it. It took me 2 months and threatening texts to get them to finish a job they agreed to complete. Would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!"
