"Put a $500.00 deposit down, they cashed our check with no problem, go to pick up furniture with my son and a truck. Won’t allow me to write a check and take furniture. Says check has to clear with corporate first. Tell them that we are canceling our order and to give us our money back, they respond okay we will mail you a check, incredible!"
"I love K. But I will not be a customer in the future I purchased a recliner 2yrs ago. Paid it off perfect pay record. Now I have purchased a bed. I wanted to add a love seat no way. BOTH would have been around 1,200. I was denied because of store policy. .My credit was excellent in ome stable There was no reason for the denial based on this information. No will pay for my bed but no future Purchases."
