I ended up special ordering one since I needed a specific size. She took the time to listen and offer advice as to what we could do. Not every manufacturer offers different size runners. The whole process was amazing!!! Service like no other. We love the quality and beauty of our new rug!!! Will always go back to see Payton/Hank’s for future flooring and rugs."

It's called Alexendria and the wood has such beautiful variations it's captivating! The Contractors that represent Hank's are EXCELLENT!! We received our 48 boxes of flooring on Friday, the young man delivering was so professional and pleasant and worked with great care unloading those heavy boxes!! on Monday the Installer Crew arrived and were absolutely AWSOME!! Jose and his Team are so AMAZING! His Leadership is wonderful! Jose, David and Mario are Pleasant, Professional, Respectful, and Very Gifted in the Skill of Carpentry and Flooring Installation! I enjoyed their presence in our home, and we even broke bread together. I prepared food for them by my own will (it was great to feel comfortable staying in our home, while they worked) to my surprise they did the dishes after lunch!! Should we ever have need for flooring again we will be at Hank's and requesting Jose and his team. The office staff at Hank's are awsome ! they always answer questions and give direction on questions... Many Thanks Hank for a SUPERB AND EXCELLENT BUSINESS! I have attached pictures of the work in progress, our carpet was 18 years old, we had been saving for the day to have these beautiful floors installed! The quality and price was just RIGHT! You will notice the details are perfect: Door Thresholds, Caulking, Trim, Neat and methodical manner of working! Always cleaning up after the days work!"
