"This is the worse dealing’s I have ever had. This guy doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. I have a Murano and he put Chevrolet seat covers in my car. Without asking what I thought. It doesn’t match the other leather in my car. Also he promises to get your car back to you in a couple of days. It been four days and I am waiting in his driveway on him to finish. I said I am not leaving without my car. It has been beyond Ridiculous. He also couldn’t get my front seat back in correctly and now I’m going to have to take it to the dealership to have it fixed. He didn’t see me in a few weeks. I wouldn’t take my dog bed there. Much less my car. Learned my lesson. I have traded my car. I couldn’t get it fixed. The front seat was totally messed up. I learned a valuable lesson here. Look at your surroundings. The place was total mess. Nothing was in order. More junk laying around than anything else. I should have listen to my gut. Don’t waste your money."

"Went in for a small stitch repair and when I went to pick it up quality of work was awful, he offered to fix it again and then stopped answering calls, had to go pick it up and take it to another place, didn’t offer refund and seat has leather damage"

"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO, PLEASE REQUEST BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. I had pontoon boat seats that needed reupholstered. I wanted to support local business so I looked and found this place. All reviews looked good and the pictures as well. One thing I didn't realize was most of the good reviews were from 2 years or more. I took my center console and captains chair to begin with. He quoted me a price that i thought was fair. I told him I wasnt in a big hurry for the other seats but did need the center console asap so it could get wired back on the boat. He agreed and we picked out colors. Luckily I took pictures of the swatches we picked out. He asked for $700 up front for material. I paid him and left the console and seat, under the impression it would be two at most. This was Feb 9th. Everytime I called to check on my things he would have some off the wall excuse. This went on for a month and a half and finally i told him I was coming to get my console and seat. He assured me it would be done that day by the time I got there. Well it wasnt, and when I got there he had some one else doing the upholstery who I know has never done that a day in his life. It looked like a 5 year old had been working on it. I asked him why he didn't tell me he would have someone with no experience at all doing my seats and not him, he said because I didn't ask. I told him I would pay for material but not labor. He said that would be $699.00. He also tried to sell me a roll of beige material, my colors were Grey and crimson, I took pictures of the swatches. This was the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a "company". Please ask me for pictures and video of the quality of work I got from these people before using them. I have posted them all over social media and in my fishing groups. The pictures he has on here and the pictures and video I have are not the same. I hope no one ever gets ripped off by this man again."

"I contracted for rv cushions to be recovered and to be complete by April 1. May 1 I only received part of my order. The remaining cushions were given back unfinished and they had disposed of my original cushions. I was only given foam. I would never hire this company - unless they do a total rehab.They have to many personal problems and excuses for why my job still wasn’t finished. Now I’m having to find another company to complete my project and use and entirely different material. Horrible experience. I feel sorry for this man and this business. They have a hard road ahead of them at the rate they are going. I’m saddened by this experience someone’s word isn’t their word any longer"

"In Stitches did a fantastic job repairing a single couch cushion that had coil springs trying to pop out. This was four months ago and the repair has been perfect. They were great to work with and took the time to explain what happen, and gave me several repair options to make an educated decision on the best course of action to meet my needs. He even took the time to text me photos of the progress! Repair was made in a timely fashion at a reasonable rate. I will definitely be a repeat customer next time I need upholstery work. Thanks so much!"
