"Customer service is BAD they will not answer phone or return your call. We dropped equipment off 2 months ago I am trying to get product returned and no one will return any of my phone calls. The one time I talked to someone there they were very rude. Drove to Ringgold from Cobb County a 2 hour drive for nothing, after I was told they could help me. This is unacceptable for a company."
