"This is specifically for the store on Scenic Highway. I got balloons blown up for our daughter and her husband’s gender reveal the day before the reveal. I had them blown up at the Mall of GA store the day before, and when I woke up the morning of the event, all the balloons were on the floor. I panicked. We went to the store on Scenic Highway, and they, without hesitation, said they would make it right for us, even though we should’ve gone back to Mall of GA. The manager was so incredibly graceful and accommodating to us, as well as his staff.
