NIC especially helped me find every product I needed (I went in there not exactly knowing what I needed this time around, so I was lost!) They walked me through the products and helped me pick them out, while also explaining WHY they were recommending what they were based on personal experience. "I wanted to say the gentleman that was working when I went into the store was the best and very knowledgeable about what I should get for my hair. He came up to me and started talking and asked if I was keeping the same color or doing it different. I said I was going to do it differently, so we started talking and he helped me get the right color of blue and a corrector to be able to get the blue to take in my hair. I want to say that he has been the best associate that I have experienced at sally’s usually I go into the one in Douglasville and the service there is not good and they do not offer to help you with anything. I have witnessed them direct people when they really wanted help. I wish I would have gotten his name but unfortunately I did not. Needless to say I will not be returning to the store in Douglasville, I will be going to Newnan. I was at the store on 6-24-22 at 5:50 pm. So please let this associate know what a good job he did."
