"In 10 days this is condition of gel nails. Never happened like this when nails done at other salons. So salon responded saying it’s normal. I have gotten nails done in so many places this never happened before. Looks like the products they r using r not great as other salons. Also if nails r thin why would the product chip towards cuticle ends. Its not a fair explanation"

"If you look at the way these people reply to bad reviews, that’s enough to make you not want to come in here. They claim that everyone is lying or was rude when they arrived. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions and will try to make you sound crazy. This is a failing business. Don’t waste your time or money. Their own employees left and nobody wants to work with them which is why there’s only 2 people there. Word of advice: if you’re going to be a failing business maybe you should do a 180 and treat customers better. If I own a business is 70% of my reviews are 1star, I would know I am the problem not the customer. Also, you replied to my last review claiming that I lied and I had asked for gel pricing when I called but asked for powered when I walked in. That’s a complete lie, I never do SNS. I can’t wait to drive on old milton in a few months and see that your spa is vacant because you failed being a business owner."

"I'll start with the good news - that's why they get a 2 star. The first time I went here I went with my mother in law and we both used the groupon. It worked out very well and they did a great job on our mani pedi. The toenail cuts were done very nicely - sometimes at other places the corners would get sore a day or two later - but not here. The bad news - the groupon said you could purchase groupon again after 60 days. So about 3 months later my mother in law and I both got groupons, followed the instructions, mentioned the groupon at the time of the appt, etc. We had our mani pedi's and when it was time to leave, the gentleman said I owed money for both of our mani pedi's. I said we had a groupon and he said that after the first time coming, you get that price for life so you don't need another groupon. He said to call groupon and you can get a credit back to use someplace else. I wasn't happy but just went ahead and paid as I was flying out very early the next morning for my daughter's wedding and didn't need the hassle and stress. Awhile after all of our summer travels, I called again(before the groupon expired) to complain and say I wanted to use the groupon that the gentleman had refused to take and the lady said that I needed to contact groupon. When I contacted groupon I found out you can only get credits back within 3 days of purchasing a groupon which would have been impossible since it takes longer than 3 days to get an appt at this place. I am out $70 for the 2 mani pedis (me and my mother in law) They are out 2 regular long term customers as my mother in law at age 88 needs her nails done very frequently and I have to accompany her."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the quality of the mani/pedi! I had a great experience and will be coming back as a regular customer. Backstory: I was looking to purchase a Groupon to try a new nail place and read through the reviews and almost did not go here, but I am so glad that I did! I think most people who are upset about this place and/or Groupons in general don’t read the fine print and think they can bully others into getting whatever they want and get upset when they don’t get their way. I read the instructions well. I called them to make the appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. When I came to the salon, it was quiet and clean- I was the only customer there. I was able to pick out the colors that I wanted (they had a good selection too), was able to get straight into a chair, and they got to work. I know I look like a hot mess when I come in to get my nails done, but they were professional and efficient and they did all the basic pedi stuff that you would expect at a salon. Will the Groupon get you a 60 minute foot massage with hot stones, 3 different foot masks and hand dripped wax? No. But that’s not what you paid for either. Will you get a good quality mani/pedi? Yes. The guy who did my gel mani was kind and friendly and talked to me while he was doing my nails. I am super happy with how they turned out - the shaping, application, and quality were excellent. It was a great pick me up after a long day of work. I will 100% be back again and bring my sister. For those who are on the edge about getting that Groupon or coming here - Read the instructions. Try to set your appointment for a low traffic time - during the week or during the day. Know what you’re supposed to get and manage your expectations. I, for one, enjoyed my gel mani/pedi experience and recommend this place."

"This is what my nail looked like after 2 hours of dry time. My daughter and I were there 3 hours for manicure and pedicure and they took us right away. Product is not good. I am not happy. You should see my nails. $100 later."
