"I truly love coming to this Salon. I have only lived here a short time and found these people wonderful,kind, friendly and helpful. Alex always does my nails. I have acrylic and always get designs on my nails. Alex is absolutely amazing. The owner Twee and the rest of her staff are very friendly . It's a very clean salon and very calming and comfortable. I am so happy I found them. I recommend Nail Salon First and Spa."

"First impression, it smells really bad. Like feet and honestly they could work on cleanliness. Someone should deep clean all of their machines. Second, the nail tech buffed my cuticles that I bled and continued to have pain on other nails when I got home. I would not suggest this place.I also had to use neosporin to heal the cuticles… never had to do that in over 20 years of getting my nails done. Pedicure person was ok."

"I just got the worst manicure here. The woman went so fast, I don't know that I was with her even 10 minutes. She very quickly cleaned up around my cutices after barely pushing my cuticles back. She didn't take off the clear polish i hadd on and had to ask her to at the end and she didn't get it all off. As you can see my nails are still a mess. Buffed my nails all randomly. Very lightly filed careless. I would have done a clear gloss, but I asked for no polish because im going to have to go home and do my nails myself. I was going to come back tomorrow for a pedicure but I will be finding another salon."

"This is our favorite Nail Salon for my mother and me. My mother is 88 and from beginning to end, they work so well with our senior population. They remember the color she uses, how delicate she is, they soothe her anxiety she feels moving from her walker onto the pedicure bowl. She never minds her singing or asking lots of questions. For me, it gives me a moment to relax. Between Twee and Nhu they are always so comforting, giving me the pep talk I need. Caring for an elderly parent is not easy, but this salon makes it a little bit easier. I have also had my brows done there in the past but today, it was just mani’s and pedi’s for the mother and daughter. How thankful I am we can share this time together."

"I just left the salon. Came in for a quick gel polish change. The staff was friendly however the nail stylist they assigned to me seems annoyed for having to serve me. She did a very horrible job on my toes and had a attitude when I asked he to add an additional coat to the one coat dry looking mess that she did. She was very nasty and I witness her immediately serve another (non African American) customer after me with a smile and good customer service. I was very offended. Especially because I was kind and polite. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because after seeing the horrid job this lady was doing, the shop owner (or manager) removed her and immediately reassigned another stylist who did a amazing job very quickly. They also gave me a discount on my service. The manager did a very good job at assessing the issue and handling it so she deserves credit. Overall, I would come again but I would avoid the older stylist at all cost."
