My stylist, Kim, was very personable but did not do a good job with my color and highlights. I asked for (and showed a picture) dark brown with highlights - my hair is orange with uneven, blond stripes. She did see me a week later to "fix" it which only consisted of a toner put through my hair. I will not go back."
