"I am warning you do not go here , aI spent damn near $100 and $10 tip because I didn't see how horrible they were until I was outside leaving. Has not even been 24hrs made it around noon think I was the 1st customer yesterday I will Upload pictures I let her know that I worked In a pharmaceutical warehouse and I let her know that I needed my feet done good because I was always working and she still didn't"
"Bad experience, acrylic nails were too thin (been about 3 days & they’re about to break) , took a long time & it was only me & my friend there (she was watching something on her phone or something while doing both of our nails, when asked if she was watching something she said no when we both knew), when we called about how we felt our nails were about to break & service wasn’t as needed they said they wouldn’t as well as they were management & made us wait almost 20 mins to talk to us about it. I wouldn’t recommend, go elsewhere!"
"The guy who did my nails did an amazing job. My pedicure was awful. The water was cold, the massage chair didn't work and my polish was lumpy. When I asked her to fix the polish, she said $7 as if I'm getting a color change. I said no, I'm sitting in the chair if I'm paying I deserve decent service. She started talking in Vietnamese. What ever happened to decent customer service? Don't spend your money here. One bad apple can ruin a bunch. By the way, it was dusty and dim. Looked a little untidy in there. I won’t return."
"The shop was very busy but I didn't wait long. I was very satisfied with my service. They have a menu/pedi special for $35. Everyone speaks really good English which eliminates communication issues that normally occur."
"I so tried to give ZERO STARS! The lady that wears the orange shirt is rude! She does good work but her attitude stinks worse than the fumes from the chemicals! I was there last Friday. I asked her to reshape one of my nails. That's when the attitude started. Later I discovered my gel polish had bubbles. She agreed to fix it but she automatically started speaking in her native tongue. She began to tell her current customer to wash her hands and to not touch anything. She was very loud when she said it. I got my repairs and I did leave a small tip. Well, I went back today to get a nail repaired. There were hardly anyone in there but she tood me it would be 40 minutes. I waited as she went outside. She returned 20 minutes later. She began to tell me she that I needed to soak my nail for the repair. What the what??? I began to tell her others have filed the crack and filled it in. She claims she doesn't repair nails like that. As I tried to talk to her she was talking. How rude is that? Needless to say, I got the repair without going off. I was very pleasant as I explained to her that I can respect her because I respect myself! Now that I have said all that, I can say that she does good work and she speaks good English but she us rude!"
