"I really like the end product of my manicure however Mae rushed my pedicure service. She has does really awesome work in the past but she often rushes. I've often felt anxious to hurry my service so she can continue answering phone calls and attending to customers walking in. She did not say goodbye, thank you, but simply walked away after payment with a tip. Highly disappointed with my service."

"I want to stress that customer service is paramount to me. Upon arriving at Top Style Nails and Spa for my 2 o'clock appointment, I was disappointed to find that no one greeted me, despite arriving 15 minutes early. This immediately set a negative tone for my experience. I observed that other customers, both black and white, received immediate acknowledgment upon entering. The technician who attended to me seemed disinterested and made me feel out of place. Despite coming in for a simple fill-in, she rushed through the process without asking any relevant questions, other than my choice of nail color. This lack of engagement left me uncomfortable and detached from the experience. To my astonishment, as she began working on my nails without prior consultation, she repeatedly inquired if I had chosen colors. My attempts to select shades were further complicated when a colleague inadvertently took the colors I had selected for another client. In summary, my visit to Top Style Nails and Spa was marred by poor communication, lack of personalization, and what appeared to be a preference for certain clientele. While I am content with the end result, it is solely due to my persistent feedback during the session. Given this experience, I believe I would be better served by an independent nail technician working from home. This is my personal experience and I cannot attest to the positive reviews for this nail salon. I am extremely disappointed as it’s so close to my house."

"Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I wish I remembered the young man’s name but the customer service was great. I came back the next day for my nails b/c there was not time. The service was not as great as the night before. I had an appointment at 6:30. I got there early and did not got seen until about an hour later. She did okay on my nails…. I don’t like the color and length and shape I choose… but that’s on me. I will be back. However I will say the base of some nails are a little rough and maybe could have been drilled down a little better. Nonetheless I had a pleasant experience and loved their color choices. Photos are about 2 weeks old. The top coat is chipping a little but they are holding up fine."
