"Not at all pleased with this place. The lady that did my nails was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to do them. She was lazy and aggressive when filing, and even left my finger with a cut. Very unapologetic! Clearly they don’t at all know what they are doing. Definitely not coming back."

"All I can say is OUCH! The naim tech was very rough and heavy handed with the nail file (the machine one). She was rude and actually really unkind. It is clear she doesn't enjoy her job and I wonder if the management mistreats the staff. My nails were all uneven and not the same length. I would not recommend coming here."

"AN ABSOLUTE S-C-A-M. SCAM! DO NOT GO AT ALL. I was a new customer as I was new to the area. I got a $45 SNS set from them and 5 nails are cracking under the clear coat after 3 days. I went back and asked them to repair and they claimed I'm too hard on my nails and they would charge me to fix it. I said I am not hard on them and I asked them when I was there initially, to dip my nails an extra time to make sure it was good and they told me no it would look too thick. I am a young working adult and this is supposed to be my one treat to myself and they ruined it. They don't deserve any new customers."

"Initially I was quite satisfied, I received SNS Thursday and by Saturday five nails had chipped. I went back Tuesday but didn’t remember my number and they gave me a different shade, quickly done and was speaking to each other in their language as if I was a bother. I will never go back , I felt like I was a bother and not the right color they preferred to cater too. They will serve people of color but you Will feel not welcomed. Two different types of shade pink and terribly done too thick"
