"I love Ingrid and her work! I have been coming here for 2 years now and I am scared to move because she is so close. Everything is personalized and she asks questions to make sure everything is looking like how you want. She also does great when I give her creative liberties. She can work with anyone, but I will tell the English speakers to be kind and patient when communicating. English is a second language at this establishment. Anyone would want kindness and understanding of communicating in a second language. I am fortunate to be bilingual so I can speak in English or Spanish, but some are learning and practicing everyday. Founded by a strong Latina woman and glad to see this place grow!"

"This nail tech is very talented and so nice but the communication is horrible… well atleast that what it seems for English speaking customers. After calling several times, texting and leaving a voice message for an appointment I went to the shop. I mentioned how I had been trying to contact her and got no response. Another Black lady that was there said ME TOO! Ingrid proceeded to laugh. Not sure why that was funny. During my appointment I witnessed her assistant contact and confirm Spanish speaking customers. When it was time for my next appointment I attempted to contact her a week in advance and guess what! I was completely ignored again. As a customer I’ve never felt the need to stalk and constantly call someone to get their services. It’s obvious I’m not the type of customer that receives a call back."
