"Horrible service. I was waiting for 30 mins for a pedicure. A man walked in and they started his pedicure immediately. When I asked about it, the lady stated that I wasn’t here even though the man didn’t sign in. Will not be returning."

"I will not be returning. I paid $70 for ombre nails last Friday on the 11th. I was there from 3:40 to 6:50. My ombre is already lifting, it is very chunky with messy application. My set looks as if I've had it for two weeks already. Simple household chores make them feel as if they're going to snap off. I'm very upset. The pedicure is great but for $105 this an absolute NO. Update: The day after my initial review they absolutely did snap off! Taking my nail bed with it on one finger. Almost a month later my finger nail still has slight blood underneath. My nails are frail and peeling. I went two years without getting my nails done and this is a terrifying and depressing first experience back! If I could give zero stars I would!"

"I had a horrible experience. As a first time coming here the man tech was extremely rude , had a bad attitude. Not helpful. No sample nail designs to choose from , disrespectful attitude overall. I had to tell him to stop doing my nails because of the disrespect n that i wanted a new person to do my nails because his attitude was so bad. All the other nail techs had clients , I offered to pay someone to remove my nails so I could leave, all the other techs had clients n didn't offer customer service as if they had the attitude that's they think it's acceptable to disrespectful Black women whenever they choose to. Because it was a room full of only Black women customers. I literally had to snatch the nail tips off n lay them on the counter so I could leave. Completely disgusted I will never return, no one should ever go here."

"My go to place when I get my nails and feet glammed up. My daughter goes here as well as a few more folks I know. The eyebrow lady is the best and I Love Love mama she always has a smile on, or making someone laugh. The guys are great as well the pedicure guy throws down. And the one on the nails knows his stuff to. They make get busy but it wont take long they work pretty fast. Thank you Nails Tips.. I've being going for over 10 years!!!!!!!!!@"
