Dang Nails

"I went last week for a fill in and I asked the guy for French tip which btw came out horrible but after he did the last gel coat I asked him could he clean up the sides like EVERY nail salon does after he then told me they don’t do that there so I brushes past that and just sat there looking at these horrible French tips n saw he kept painting over a messed up nail showed him n he started to smile and pat my hand saying it’s so nice like I was a idiot the rush me to pay I said do I get the oil for my dry nails which I think pissed him off so he put a drop ON ONE NAIL then rubbed it on all my nails I laughed paid still tip but won’t EVER GO BACK"

"I thought that I had found the perfect nail Salon for myself and my daughter but it’s just a week and the gel paint already is chipping on both of our nails, very disappointing esp after being charged $150 for two pedicures, one manicure and a color change- I need the paint to last at least seven days if not 21. Highly disappointing we are in the quality of work but good customer service- pleasant ppl just not high quality of service for the money"

"While I was going to Dang Nails for 6 months regularly (every two- three weeks for fill ins), I was singing the praises of the staff and how good they were. Well on Friday, I called to make an appointment beforehand to make sure I could get in. We agreed on 3:45 as the appointment time. I got to the salon under 10 minutes late- at around 3:52 so about 7 minutes late. Within that time, Steven gave away my appointment to a walk in. There was no grace period just in case I was a few minutes late, instead I was told I needed to wait almost a hour behind another lady who was a walk in and didn’t make an appointment. He talked to me that day, knew I was coming, but gave my appointment away as if i hadn’t been a returning and loyal customer. If the goal is quantity over quality, they’re doing great, but if you want someone who appreciates you and your time, go somewhere else- luckily for me there’s nail salons on every corner who will gladly take my business."

"Paid 70 bucks for a pedicure. Ridiculous pricing. They didn't even do a callus removal. On top of that they made me wait 20 more after I had already called hours before to make an appointment and the guy still sounded rude when I asked how long more. Update: Here's my 70 bucks gel polish pedicure 2 days later Definitely not worth it. Waste of money and time"
