"UPDATE: my original rating was 2 stars due to the issues noted below; however, the owner reached out to me, accepted responsibility for what I experienced and made it right. When I arrived to have my nails redone, the owner was very excited to see me and could not have done more to make sure everything was done to my liking. I appreciate the effort and will be back. ****************************************** Today was my second visit. The 1st visit went very well. Salon is very clean. The staff is super friendly. My second visit started out a bit odd. I had an appointment for SNS but the 3 nail technicians seemed confused and had a major conversation in a different language. Next thing I know, another guy comes out to do my nails. Part way through my service, another customer comes in and is scheduled with the same nail tech. I felt like he then began rushing bit. When I went to pay, my total was a good bit more than the 1st time. Yes, I got an American (pink & white) so that was a small up charge but no one could explain to me why it was so much more. Again, they talked among themselves in a language I could not understand. A different guy came out from the other side of the salon and offered to help. In the end he adjusted the cost and gave me some money back. I was overcharged and although it was eventually rectified, it was very uncomfortable. My nails look great, but I’m not sure I will return. Unfortunate because I like their services."

"This was my first time visiting Yi Nails & Spa. The level of service was unmatched. I was warmly greeted, sat down immediately and serviced. The nail techs were so friendly and made me feel at ease. They didn’t try to push any level of service or make me feel bad for selecting just a classic pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and such great quality for the price. My nail tech did a fabulous job as well and both ladies really took their time, which goes such a long way! They have gained a new customer!!"

"This is where I faithfully come! I love it here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. I drive about 35 minutes happily to have Thuy and her staff service my nails. Reasonable pricing and very clean work. Been going for over 2 years now. Nathan and Andy do great work.highly recommend because I get so many compliments everyday"

"First time coming here to get a pedicure and it was a great experience! Alina did a great job with my deluxe pedicure and she shaped my toenails exactly how I wanted them. The owner is also so sweet and greeted everyone in the salon when she came in and she did a great job waxing my brows! I’ll definitely come back cause my feet truly look and feel amazing!"

"This place was great! The atmosphere was amazing with calming music in the background. The massage chairs are so comfortable and amazing and all of the stylists are so cooperative. I took in a really difficult acrylic design and they delivered EXACTLY what I wanted and more thanks to Lam! If theres a design you want they will do whatever they can to make it possible .If theres something u want them to change or do they will do it right awayy to get you exactly what you want. My friend and I both got acrylics with a pedicure and I also got some threading done. The stylists made conversation all the time and made it feel incredibly comfortable to just be there. Rather than a night out with nails it felt like a hang out. Its just a super convenient and gorgeous place!"
