"Tried to give this place a chance. 24 hours after being serviced 2 nails broke. I was told since I like long nails they will break easily. Got the thinnest layer of acrylic I have ever seen in my life. I was out and glued the 2 pieces back until I could it fixed that next morning. I went to get it fixed on the second day, one glued together nail stayed on and they didn't bother taking it off, just putting acrylic on top and the other they took off roughly. I got burned with the drill twice on the finger they didn't bother taking off the glued pieces. I asked for a thicker acrylic and was told "We don't do that here". They skimp the acrylic so you can buy gel polish to make it thicker and even with gel my nails didn't last. Here it is another week and another nail has broken. I will never go back to this place and tell everyone I know to steer clear. I don't mind paying for great services but the tech I had here was awful in technique."

"I've been coming here since they opened. I get great service and it's consistent. My faves are Mi, Abi and a guy who isn't there anymore. I get SNS both colors and pink and white. Love it here."

"Ive been there a few times because its local. But the women that work there are rough. I left there feeling like i was in a fight. My feet and legs were sore. They are heavy handed. Half of them speak no english, so dont be surprised if they ignore any of your demands"

"Nail tech was nice but nails look horrible . Idk if these ppl are even licensed because any professionally trained tech knows not to apply gel polish so thick . It doesn’t cure correctly and it peels. Not to mention my nails look like fat round chiclets and there is even gel on my skin on some nails. Someone warned me not to come here but I should’ve listened. Never going back ."

"Went here twice. Both times Bin did my nails. I got the same exact thing both times. Very simple nails no designs. The first time Bin did my nails he was patient and took his time. I was happy with the outcome however they chipped. I went to him to fix one nail 2 days later. After that they chipped again. I waited the full two weeks and went back to get a fill in. I explained to him that I needed my nails more durable because I do hair and showed him how many nails chipped. I also suggested that round my nails some but still keep square in an attempt to prevent them from chipping. Bin made several excuses as to why my nails chipped instead of simply listening to the minor suggestion that would fix my issue. He then did the service. Again I was happy. I paid him tipped over 20% and said “bye see you next time” he then says “maybe next time you have someone else do it”. Which was an insult because I was not rude to him. I do not appreciate him making me out to be difficult for making sure I was happy with my service by making a simple suggestion and asking him to check a few nails to confirm the shape is correct. I was not rude I never raised my notice I never did anything nasty to this man to deny me a service with him. It is important to have consistent customer service. I live very close and was hoping to make this my “go to salon”."
