"I had the worst experience here. I customarily have overlay of acrylic on my natural nails. Today, when I came for a refill, the nail tech said that he had to do new layer and so must remove my current overlay. I didn’t mind, however I got worried with the method he was doing so. When I asked that he soak it off instead he said that would take too much time. His failure to do what I asked caused my nail bed to be damaged causing it to bleed. Adding insult to injury, they CHARGED me full price and have the audacity to say “I took $10 off” for their inability to put acrylic in my nail that THEY damaged. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment because they lack the decency to KEEP a customer after they’ve caused damage. I didn’t ask for a discount because any business person should have the wherewithal to understand how to treat your customers and that the goal is to build loyal customers."

"Nice and clean nail shop with friendly and welcoming nail technicians. The service was good, the only issue is after 3 days my gel polish started peeling off and cracking. I was too busy to return to get them fixed."

"My first time at this salon and I'm well pleased. LeeLee did a quick and efficient job on my ombre full set while Ms. Kimberly took care of my pedicure with gel polish. The prices are as expected. And although I came on a holiday weekend, they didn't rush their work and the atmosphere had a good feeling flow. I'll be back with hopes that they remain consistent."
