"I’ve frequent this place for years. I must say that the management is great. The salon goes above and beyond to satisfy their clients. The owner is really nice and understanding. I love how the salon provides a nice relaxing atmosphere for clients. I would definitely recommend this salon!!!!"

"From Mrs. Thrasher: I had a few of my girlfriends join me here to get our nails done for my wedding weekend. The owner was so friendly, accommodating, and got our nails done in record time. They offered to open up early and allowed us to bring drinks and snacks. We were a rowdy bunch so I appreciated their patience! My nails are almost three weeks old and have lasted beautifully! Thank you, again, to the team at Luxury Nail & Spa for a special start to my wedding weekend!"

"Here’s the truth. They do good nails here. That and it’s close to home is why I’ll keep going back. But there’s just two things that absolutely rub me the wrong way. 1.) Be honest/transparent and just list your prices as $70 for a full acrylic set instead of saying it’s $40 and tacking on the extra $30 for having long nails when you literally consider ANY length above the finger meat “long”. I mean really, how many people get a full set just for the length to stop at the end of their finger tip? That doesn’t make sense. Any person with eyes would describe the nails I got as short. It feels very deceptive and like we’re being taken advantage of. Look at my picture… is that worth $115?! 2.) I also paid $55 for a deluxe pedicure (which is supposed to come with a long foot massage) and the lady I had this time around was lazy. (Last time I had Le and she was the best pedicure lady I’ve EVER had but she was busy) The young lady I had this time just rubbed lotion on my feet for 10 seconds and was done. For this reason, if Le isn’t available, I won’t be wasting any money on the deluxe pedicure and just get the basic or I’ll likely just skip the pedicure all together. You’ll likely like your nails when they’re finished. Will you feel as though they’re worth what you actually paid… well that’ll be for everyone to decide on their own."

"I received nail services on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. From start to finish, it took approximately 2.5 hours. I saw people that came in after me that received multiple services finish and leave. I received a pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with gel polish and a simple design with a soak off. The lady who did my pedicure was pleasant. When no one came to start on my manicure, she came back and started it even though she only does pedicures. Needless to say, my cuticle was cut buy the drill, polish is cracking. For 2.5 hours and $125 I expect better. The two stars was for the pleasant lady who did my pedicure."

"This place right here needs to be closed down. They are not clean at all and I should of left after Angela pulled out a dirty towel for me to place my feet on. There were 5 nails and stains on the towel as you see in the picture below. Then I pointed it out and she just flipped the towel or. I had to ask her to go get me a clean towel which shouldn’t have happed. Also I waited 30 minutes at the pedicure chair with no water so I sat my feet on the foot rest with my shoes on and waited. Now Lee I’m telling everyone not to go to her. She cut my finger 4 times and I asked for square round nails but she was moving so fast that she didn’t even do that. Tell me what shape you see plus one of my pointed nails are filled all the way left. I’m going to go get the reshaped elsewhere today. Please don’t go here. I read a lot of reviews but I wish o would of listened to the bad ones. You’ll thank me later"
