"First & only time. I was very vocal to everyone about my nails being natural, wanting a new overlay and repair two broken nails. I felt as though they were kind of blowing me off when stating that my nails were natural, hence why I said "very" vocal. First red flag. When I sat down she immediately pulled out the nail clippers to cut my nails off. Second red flag. When I explained I didn't want them cut off & why again, she got the bowl to soak them off. After the soak I asked if I could wash my hands & was told no. Third red flag. Intuition was saying leave but what I wanted was simple, I was close to home and I felt like they couldn't mess up that bad. I asked for cat like pointy, clear coating. I repeatedly said cat pointy to the tech because I noticed they were rounded at the top. She kept saying yes she understands but continued to do them rounded top. They ended up not pointy, rounded top & the overlay was really thick. You know how nail techs usually do about 1-3 nails and then ask you, "Is this okay?", I was never asked. About 3 weeks later when I went somewhere else to get a fill in the tech told me it's about time for a new set & the 2 repaired nails were lifting at the nail bed. I tend to go out "world-ing" in not the most pleasing attire because I have to over dress for work. I believe the way I was treated was due to it. Like I normally do I still generously tipped being that I'm in the service industry. However I will not be back."

"Love this nail salon. I recommend Trish. She did the best job on my nails. Very thorough and made sure there were no imperfections. Also made sure the skin around my nails was clean from nail debris which is really appreciated."

"I love this salon! Tina and Laura are wonderful! I often don't have any idea of what I want to do and they are great and helping me decide what goes well together. Tina does ombre on my nails with great precision and I'm always super happy! I sometimes get ingrown nails on my big toes and Laura gets them back in perfect shape. Plus she's super gentle! Thank you ladies!"
